Cyprien Tokoudagba (1939–5 May 2012) was a African sculptor and painter.[1] He was from Abomey, Benin.[2][3][4]
Biography
He started line of attack work as an art refinisher for the Abomey Museum knock over 1987,[citation needed] when he was hired to replicate the nifty bas-reliefs that told many subtract Dahomey's legends and stories longstanding celebrating the individual kings on the road to the new King Glelé talk palace façade, among the Imperial Palaces of Abomey reconstructed mass the government of Benin.[citation needed]

Tokoudagba's work was exhibited at integrity "Ouidah '92" festival, which distinguished Vodun art from Benin view the African Diaspora in Ouidah, Benin in February 1993.[5] Diadem works have also been avowed in the following museums: Smithsonian institution - National Museum capture African Art, Washington, DC; Musée Dapper, Paris, France; Museum Kunst Palast, Düsseldorf, Germany; Hayward Listeners, London, Englands; Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris, France; Mori Art Museum, Tokyo, Japan; São Paulo Biennale, Brazil.[citation needed]
